Session: Impact of Pandemic on Digital Acceleration in Health
In the call centre/teleconsultation model, through
four service channels (Application Coronavirus
SUS, Whatsapp, Dial 136 and Virtual Assistant on
the Ministry of Health Portal ), citizens can be evaluated,
notified and receive a certificate if necessary.
The channels of entry to the proposed health services
are: the ChatBot Service, the Audible Recognition Unit Service (URA), the
Pre-clinical Service (SAPC) and remote monitoring.
With the integration with RNDS and e-SUS Notifica, the Pre-Clinical Care System allows
healthcare professionals to generate notifications related to the pandemic,
access test results received from public and private laboratories, and consult the clinical history of their patients, through the Conecte SUS Portal (https: // conectesus.saude.gov.br/home).
With dynamic developments expected this semester, this portal will be the central point
of access to procedures performed, allowing both
citizens to monitor their health situation, as well as health professionals to access the exams and clinical history of their patients in order to continue the care. This profile also includes the profile of the manager for monitoring health indicators.
